1.1. Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including your password, and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Fiction Station is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

1.3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or if we believe your actions may harm the Service or its users.

2.1. User Content

You retain full ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Fiction Station a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your User Content solely for the purpose of promoting and advertising the Service.

2.2. Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service;
• Your address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

2.3. Repeat Infringers

Fiction Station will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, when appropriate.

3.1. Respectful Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a manner that is respectful to others. This includes not engaging in harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any behavior that is intended to harm or intimidate others.

3.2. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violent;
• Contains non-fiction nudity, non-fiction sexually explicit content, or non-fiction adult themes;
• Promotes or incites violence, terrorism, or illegal activities;
• Is defamatory, libelous, or invades another's privacy;
• Contains viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

3.3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Community Guidelines or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion. Repeated violations may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

4.1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

4.2. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
